In our opinion, it’s a nice place for travelling to Manchester. Staff is amicable and cooperative, great job everyone. The apartment has marvellous short walk to the center as well as various bigger shops. Not to mention that it is located in a fantastic area.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay in a great central location with easy access to shops and bars, and the setting is fantastic.

Good location.Good facilities.
The fridge smelt very bad. The windows did not close properly. The heaters when turned on, smelt badly of gas. The 6th and 7th bed was a single bed settee, which there was no room to turn into a bed. The room looked unfinnished. It wasn't clear that we were supposed to phone to collect the keys. Over priced.

The location. The lady who turned up was friendly. The apartment property was clean.
Im not happy with the rule in not being able to down size the apartment and get a refund for the difference. I don't expect to be sweared at by a local resident just because we were waiting in the lobby for the contact to arrive which took 30 minutes as we didn't turn up dead on 1 hour from being asked to phone. After this it didn't make me feel like the apartment was in that nicer area. I didn't like the amount of rules set in. Comments like excessive mess will be charged for things like tissue. It made me think the place is used for something more than a weekend break for friends. We were informed there was a broffle over the road when we asked a local if there were any bars down the road. It pretty much made the area sound awful. Good job we only used the place to sleep.

Location was great, right in the heart of the city. The apartment had nice amenities like a TV and hifi system. The kitchen utilities were useful for cooking meals.
The check-in process was complicated and time-consuming. There were extra charges for late check-in and a hefty deposit was required.

The silence
The beds where to hard and the living room to small. The cleaning was not good.

Convenient location, just a 5-minute drive to Contact. The staff here is always welcoming, no matter the situation. 🌟

The staff were willing to speak to us regarding our concerns and tried to fix the problems.
- The staff came late to give us the keys even though they continually contacted us for arrival time, we were not given the apartment allocated in the booking and no reason was given for the change, 3 double beds were actually 3 sofa beds in the lounge with hardly any space to walk around once opened, the cooking top in the kitchen was very dirty and the dishwasher had mould and undrained water.Overall this was not a luxury accommodation by any stretch of the imagination.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was really nice. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from Piccadilly Gardens, and the staff treated us incredibly well.
The morning meal could have been better, maybe offering more options.

I can't call this a luxury apartment, but rather a not so bad place to stay overnight due to its great location. The apartment is suitable for 5 people but because we were 7, 2 of us slept in poor conditions.

The internet didn't work great - and the staff were reluctant to repair it. They have 2 fridges, one of them doesn't work. They didn't mention that one of them doesn't work when we checked in.
